Balanced espresso

In this blend, the traditional roastery from Naples relies on Asian and Central American coffee beans. 70% fine Arabica coffee beans of various provenances are combined with 30% Robusta beans. Robusta beans are often characterized by a strong, slightly bitter finish and provide a distinctive taste and more crema in the cup. And yet, they are key to the taste of so many blends.

In this blend, Kimbo has also combined a perfect interplay of Arabica beans and Robusta beans in one blend. Careful processing and precise, medium-dark roasting result in an espresso with a delicate taste, rich aroma and intense notes of pastry, flowers and hazelnut. A balanced caffè with a fine fruity note typical of Central American Arabicas.
