Highland coffee
The Kimbo Extreme Espresso Bar Blend is an excellent blend consisting of 65% Arabica beans and 35% Robusta beans. The fine Arabica coffees come from the highland regions of Brazil and Central America, the mixture is refined with Robusta beans from India.
Neapolitan roasted and refined
Special gentle and dark roasted according to Neapolitan tradition, Kimbo brings out with the Espresso Extreme a mixture of a special kind. Through the dark roasting and the Robusta share, an espresso with a wonderfully round, full and particularly intense flavor is created. Accompanied by notes of spice and chocolate, this espresso becomes a special kind of taste experience. In the aftertaste, the blend is long-lasting and creamy. In the cup, the espresso presents itself with a stable crema.
Preparation in fully automatic machine or with the portafilter
The dark and intense roast with its perfectly balanced acidity is ideal for the preparation of a perfect, southern Italian espresso. In addition to the preparation in the portafilter, we recommend the preparation equally in the fully automatic coffee machine or in conjunction with coffee specialties on milk basis, such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
