PART 1 — SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer delivery services within Qatar only.

• Orders placed before 9:00 PM are shipped next business day
• Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the following business day
• Processing is done Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)

1.3 Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: 1–3 business days within Qatar
• Remote areas may experience slight delays

1.4 Delivery Charges

Inside Doha

• Standard delivery charge: QAR 20
• Free delivery on orders above QAR 500

Outside Doha

• Standard delivery charge: QAR 50
• Free delivery on orders above QAR 1,000

All applicable delivery fees will be shown clearly at checkout before payment confirmation.

1.5 Pick-Up from Showroom

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our showroom in Doha at no additional cost.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and report:
