Mixing Ratio: Combine with 3kg liquid whole milk, 500g sugar, 30g dehydrated glucose, and 150g dehydrated skimmed milk

Yield: Approximately 4L of finished gelato
Preparation Instructions
Pour 3 liters of liquid whole milk into a mixing container.
Gradually add 600g sugar, 75g Aromitalia Geilat (or local skimmed milk powder), 75g Lactosoft (or local dextrose powder), and 300g of DPO 100 base.
Mix using a hand blender or whisk until fully dissolved (about 2–3 minutes).
Let the mix rest for 10–15 minutes for better texture and consistency.
